We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Foz Presidente Comfort Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Despite our late arrival due to a rerouted night flight, they kindly acknowledged our situation and allowed us to shift our pre-paid breakfast to lunch; a gesture we truly appreciated. The hotel is centrally located, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Cataratas JL Shopping Mall, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and public transport. It was a convenient base for exploring the city and visiting the waterfalls. Our room was clean, spacious, and had strong air conditioning, which was especially welcome after hot days spent sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and hot dishes. The dining area was clean and inviting, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly. Overall, Foz Presidente Comfort Hotel offers great value, a convenient location, and truly kind and attentive service. We highly recommend it and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Nice pool. Clean rooms and showers. Friendly staff. A R$12-15 taxi ride away from the central tourist bars and restaurants, but there are quite a few acceptable restaurants and bars within a 3-4 block radius of the hotel. The concierge/tourist desk was very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the bell boys spoke English which was very good as our Portuguese is zero. The breakfast was very good. Although we did not use the swimming pool it appeared to be very popular. The room was clean and comfortable.
